At Dev Academy, our team has been building, testing, and refining AI-assisted development practices since ChatGPT launched in 2022. We provide full-stack software development training + agentic AI training, to graduate the best agentic developers in Aotearoa.

Agentic Launchpad is a 16-week training to equip the next generation of software developers with hundreds of hours of agentic dev time.
They do 10 weeks of study with us, then join employers for 9 weeks paid internships. Bringing fresh Agentic perspectives, new ideas and skills to your team. Internships are 300-hours at the living wage and paid by the employer, each a total of $8,805. Employers pay no fees to Dev Academy.
It is best to have at least two interns, to support each other, validate the Agentic workflows and learnings they are bringing to the team, and be lighter on your intermediate and senior dev talent.

600-hour Agentic Launchpad (NZQF Level 6, 60 credits)
Two 2-week intensive learning cycles + two 6-week project based work sprints
